Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using CustomNotify ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Service Description
CustomNotify is a mobile application that allows users to create, manage, and schedule customizable push notifications. The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the content of any notifications you create using the App. You agree not to use the App for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
Subscriptions & Payments
CustomNotify offers a free tier and an optional premium subscription.
- Premium subscription: $0.99/month
- 3-day free trial for new subscribers
- Payment is processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- Cancel anytime through your App Store or Google Play subscription settings
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- No refunds for partial billing periods — refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google
Intellectual Property
All content, design, and functionality of the App are the exclusive property of CustomApps LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CustomApps LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. The App is not intended as a medical device or critical safety system.
Modifications
CustomApps LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
